Who can write a review?: Anyone who has had a genuine experience with a business can write a review. Reviews should reflect your own first-hand experience.
Are reviews free?: Yes. Reading and writing reviews on TrueStar is completely free, and you never need an account to read ratings.
How are ratings calculated?: A business's score is the average of all its published reviews. We always show the full review count and the star breakdown so you can judge the score in context.
